Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use Pepper Pop Café’s QR menu, place a table order or make a payment through the website.

1. Using the ordering website

The Pepper Pop website is designed primarily for café customers to scan a table QR code, view the current menu, place an order and track its status. No customer account is required for normal table ordering.

2. Menu, pricing and availability

Menu items, prices, offers and availability may change. An item shown on the website may become unavailable before an order is accepted. Prices displayed at checkout are the prices applicable to that order unless an obvious technical or pricing error occurs.

3. Order acceptance

An order is considered received when the website provides an order token/confirmation. For Razorpay online payments, Pepper Pop’s kitchen order is created only after the payment is successfully verified by the server.

4. Payment methods

Available methods may include Pay at Counter, direct/manual UPI, and Razorpay online checkout. Online payment options shown by Razorpay may include UPI apps, cards, netbanking or other methods enabled for the merchant account.

For manual UPI, a payment may remain marked as pending until Pepper Pop staff confirms it. For Razorpay payments, the system verifies the provider response before marking the order paid.

5. Order notes and custom requests

We will try to follow reasonable preparation notes, but requests are subject to ingredient availability, food-safety requirements and operational feasibility.

6. Allergies and dietary requirements

If you have a food allergy or serious dietary restriction, please speak directly with Pepper Pop staff before ordering. Online notes alone should not be relied on for allergy safety.

7. Preparation and service times

Displayed or expected preparation times are estimates. Actual service time may vary with order size, queue, ingredient availability and kitchen conditions.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Perishable food orders may become non-cancellable once preparation has started.

9. Responsible use

You must not misuse the ordering system, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with payments, submit fraudulent orders, or use another table/order reference without permission.

10. Limitation

Pepper Pop will take reasonable care to provide the ordering service, but temporary interruptions may occur because of connectivity, hosting, bank/payment-provider or device issues. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law continue to apply.
