Shipping & Service Policy

How Pepper Pop fulfils orders placed through the café’s QR ordering website.

Last updated: 6 October 2026

1. Service model

The Pepper Pop QR ordering website is currently intended for on-premise café ordering. Customers scan the QR code associated with their table, place an order, receive a token and track preparation status.

2. No physical shipping for table orders

Normal orders placed through this QR website are food-service orders for the café and are not shipped by courier or postal service.

If Pepper Pop later offers delivery, takeaway pre-order, merchandise or another fulfilment method, the relevant terms and delivery information will be shown separately before payment.

3. Table service

The table number is obtained from the QR/link used to open the menu. Customers should check that the table number shown on the website is correct before placing the order.

4. Preparation and fulfilment

After an order is accepted, its status may progress through Received, Preparing, Ready and Served. Timing depends on kitchen load, order size and item availability.

5. Online payment orders

For Razorpay checkout, Pepper Pop creates the kitchen order after successful server-side payment verification. A failed or cancelled Razorpay checkout does not create a completed paid order.

6. Unavailable items

If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, Pepper Pop staff will offer an appropriate resolution such as a substitute, adjustment, cancellation or refund where applicable.

7. Customer responsibility

Please use the QR code for your actual table, review items and quantities before checkout, and remain available at the café while your order is being prepared and served.
